The YAPC::Europe Foundation, or YEF, has been put together to foster and encourage Perl conferences and workshops in Europe. The aim is to provide a central point of reference for any Perl group wishing to host a community oriented conference of like-minded people. To help like-minded Perl enthusiasts, both lightweight and hard-core programmers, to meet one another - to exchange ideas, promote the Perl programming language and generally brainstorm.
